The only problem I had was that I wasn't told in advance that it would take several hours for my car to be looked at. I would have brought it in later if I'd known. |

While I really love you guys, it seems I've had problem after problem with the Ford Escape I bought there. I appreciate your responsiveness when anything goes wrong but in retrospect, I wish I spent more money in the beginning and less from time to time. |

Friendly staff. Good service. Seems expensive though. |

I had time to observe the results of the transmission work that was recently replaced with a new used transmission. I had previously noticed that there was a small leak of transmission fluid before the new "used" transmission was replaced on my vehicle but now I notice the leak is larger than before the repair. Also, the hoses were never replaced from the radiator to the transmission. These hoses are 19 years old and it would have been nice to have had them replaced. I would have been happy to have incurred the additional cost. Little things count in regards to job satisfaction. |

three out of four friendly people. Still not sure something may have been done incorrectly. Will sort it out for a potentially more positive review later |

Very Unhappy I brought my infinity in for an estimate. The estimate which is for the brakes and exhaust system I found to be very high. $2700. But to add insult to injury I had to pay a $85 inspection fee to get my vehicle back. I did take my vehicle elsewhere and was able to get all the service done for $1200. I?m OK if the estimate is high but I really really do not like having to pay a fee and then have a very high fee. |
