| The only problem I had was that I wasn't told in advance that it would take several hours for my car to be looked at. I would have brought it in later if I'd known. |

| Pricing is average to high, compared with others I've seen. I think the eval fees should be rolled into the cost to repair if needed. Overall great people and service was done well. |

| While I really love you guys, it seems I've had problem after problem with the Ford Escape I bought there. I appreciate your responsiveness when anything goes wrong but in retrospect, I wish I spent more money in the beginning and less from time to time. |
